Revisions & refunds

You heard it before you bought it

Every song starts with a free preview of the actual finished song, so you know what you're getting before you pay anything. After you unlock it, here's how we make sure you end up with a song you love.

Unlimited free revisions

From your song page, tap "Request a change". You can change specific lines, add a memory, fix how the name is sung, or try a different style, feeling, or voice. Each revision makes a new version, usually within a couple of minutes, and every version stays available on your page so you can pick the one you like best. There is no limit and no charge. If a request needs a human touch (after several automated versions, or an unusual ask), a person takes it and emails you within 24 hours.

100% money-back guarantee

If you've tried at least one revision and the song still isn't right, email hello@hugsongs.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no form, no argument. Downloading the song does not affect this. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Problems we fix immediately

No file, corrupt audio, the wrong name sung, or the song didn't arrive: email us and we'll either fix it right away or refund you, whichever you prefer.
